Doctor of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Philosophy of Law and Theory of Law, Kazan Innovative University in honor of V. G. Timiryasov (EIML). His areas of scientific interest are Philosophy of Law, Theory of Law, Cultural History and Public Law, History of Criminal Law, Criminology. In 1993-2022 he published more than 500 scientific and educational works, including 17 monographs and 98 scientific articles.
