Cultural semiologist. Lawyer. Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Concepción, Chile. Doctor in Criminal Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain. Master’s Degree in Criminology and Juvenile Delinquency from the Castilla-La Mancha University, Spain. Teacher in various educational institutions in Chile (Institutes, Universities). He was Legal Advisor for 3 years in the Public Ministry of Chile (National Prosecutor’s Office). Consultant for GoBPM. Director of «Cisma» Magazine, CTIT, Chile (2011-2015). He has written various books and scholarly articles and research such as When Is an Increase in Criminal Legislation Necessary? Emphasis on Economic Criminality Discussions, published in Laws (2022, MDPI, Switzerland). Among his books is the most recent, «New Constitution in Chile or the political-legal dismantling of the model (About the social outbreak 18 / O)» (Tirant Lo Blanch, 2020). He also has a large body of essays and poetry. In addition to law and criminology, he has also published in other disciplines, such as musicology and musicological criticism, in the link between philosophy and law, philosophy, political science.
